The people and the partnership

Centre for Vein Restoration (CVR), a group of private speciality health clinics, needed a stronger online presence to better connect with patients and clinicians. Their goal was to make it easier for patients to understand their condition and access care, while also providing referring physicians and medical professionals with streamlined referral processes and continuing education opportunities.

CVR offers minimally invasive treatments and trains healthcare professionals to improve venous disease management. To expand their impact, they needed a website that was clear, accessible, and engaging—helping patients take action while supporting clinicians in delivering better care.

  • We focused on clarity and accessibility, ensuring that patients could easily navigate vein health basics, treatment options, and insurance information—removing barriers to seeking care.
  • We enhanced engagement for physicians, designing a Physicians’ Corner with expert articles, clinician bios, and a one-click referral system to make referring patients effortless.
  • We shifted away from traditional, sterile medical marketing, replacing generic “white coat” imagery with fresh, vibrant visuals that reflected the real-life benefits of treatment—making the site feel approachable, inviting, and empowering.
The new website did more than just inform—it made it easy for people to take action, whether that was booking an appointment, referring a patient, or enrolling in a clinician training programme.
